Presses, vibrating systems, sieves or ramming hammers

For several decades, RSI SRL has been manufacturing special sections according to our client designs.

 

These sections can be moulded using presses, vibrating systems, sieves or ramming hammers, depending on the required quantities and/or on the moulding difficulties.

 

Section types range from aluminosis-based types and super-aluminosis-based types (to 97/98% of AL2O3) to zirconium, silicon carbide, MgO and carbon-based types, as well as mixed shapes of alumina-Zr, alumina-Sic, alumina+C sections and so on.

 

Depending on their use, the above mentioned products may be vetrified, chemically alloyed and stabilized. Their weight can range from a few dozen grams to 1,5 Tons or even more for assembled sections.

Special sections according to clients designs such as ladle spouts for ladles and tundish, throw-shots, antislug barriers, insulating bricks and bricks for security covering, refractory concrete at low, medium and high alumina, tixothropic, spray materials, granulate for casting boxes, scorifing blends with products extracted form our quarrel.

Porous plugs and nozzle plugs, special hand-made according to our clients designs, large hand-made vibrating and stabilizing refractory. Special pumping concrete injectable refractory mortar.

Moreover, we supply complete skilled performance for installation and technical assistance on the plants.

For over forty years, our best clients have included several Refractory Industries with which we have signed joint-venture agreements, as well as Iron and Steel Companies, Cement Plant, Ceramic Factories, Glass Works, Petrochemical Industries Foundries, Plant Manufacturers, etc.
